MeasurementDB Gets R&D News and a Different Look

Sept 10, 2006 — After the start of MeasurementDB.com on Sept 5, 2006, we were not fully happy with the look & feel of the site.
So, we changed it, hopefully you agree for the better. It seems a bit more organized, too. Now, the researchers and developers dealing with measurements and measurement technology have a place where they can feel a bit more at home. The look was changed with a new template, but more importantly, we realized that it had the news articles on R&D intact from the transfer from MeasurementDevices and no plans to continue them at that site.

Now we have available a news feed exclusively about the news of R&D in measurement and measurement device technologies. This is far better and will be supplemented shortly by adding the live newsfeed outputs from other websites dealing with research and development topics related to measurement.

It also seems better suited to this database directory website, since most are of a very technical nature and will be attractive to a professional audience.
